This class is appropriate for individuals of all skill levels and abilities. A well-rounded, flowing class guides students through a carefully crafted sequence of postures that aim to enhance strength, balance, and flexibility, promoting optimal well-being for everyday living. Students are encouraged to honor their bodies and take rest whenever necessary. To cater to diverse physical requirements, I offer modifications to ensure that every practitioner can tailor their practice to align with their unique needs on any given day.
